In a Big Bash League match against Adelaide Strikers on Friday, Sydney Thunder set an unwished record. Sydney Thunder got out by 15 runs. The thunder played a bizarre game at the Big Bash League. They got out by 15 runs in just 35 deliveries, which was the lowest score ever recorded in T20 history.

The host team, Thunder chasing a target of 140 runs to win in Sydney, had a surprise outing with the bat. Brendan Doggett, the team’s number 10, scored the highest individual score of 4. He is the only one who managed to hit a single boundary in Thunder’s innings. The two openers – Alex Hales and Matthew Gilkes – were dismissed on a duck and the side was five down for 9 runs.

Wes Agar took four wickets and conceded six runs in the match, while Henry Thornton registered incredible figures of 5/3. Sydney Thunder got out by 15 runs in just 5.5 overs. They lost the match by 124 runs. Peter Siddle and Rashid Khan did not even bowl for Adelaide Strikers. Harry Nielsen, the wicketkeeper, claimed five catches.
