England all-rounder Sam Curran has been awarded the player of the tournament for the 2022 T20 world cup. He took 13 wickets at an avg of 11.38. He also got a five-wicket haul in the group-stage match against Afghanistan. He carried his form to the final as well. He took 3 wickets for just 12 runs against Pakistan.
