The Chris Gayle Hundreds
The batsman at the top of this list is well-known in the T20 cricket community. The perhaps greatest T20 player of all time is Chris Gayle. Gayle has smashed a record 6 centuries in IPL history. In 2011, he scored 102 runs off 55 balls, which included 10 fours and 7 sixes, to score his first IPL hundred. In the 2013 IPL Gayle scored 175 single-handedly in just 66 balls with a strike rate of 265.15 against Pune Warriors India and that is still the highest individual score in IPL history. In 2018, he scored his last IPL century against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2018.

Hundreds of Virat Kohli in IPL
Do you know? Before the 2016 IPL season, Former Indian captain Virat Kohli did not have a single century in the T20 format. But He scored 973 runs during that season, shattering all significant records with 4 hundreds in a single season. His outstanding performance allowed RCB to finish in the top 2 in the points table and go to the finals. Later on in the IPL 2019 against Kolkata Knight Riders, Virat scored 100 runs off 58 balls to reach his fifth century in the competition.
